Here are the steps for placing a school order:
Step 1: ask us for a quote
Tell us which books you need and estimate the amount for both teachers and students.
To save time later in the process, we highly recommend taking the extra step and indicating which year group and course name are for each book.
For example:
Year 10, Maths course:
book code 15868 x 120 licences
book code 15721 x 120 licences
Year 10, Further Maths:
book code 15722 x 48 licences
book code 15869 x 48 licences
Step 2: confirm the quote and place an order
Step 3: provide further details
To fulfil the order we require the following details:
- Data Protection Agreement – we comply with the UK and EU GDPR and need your consent to process students and teachers’ data. We use it to set up Classoos accounts and allocate the books. You will need to sign this document or pass it to the dedicated person at the school.
- Details for Classoos setup – follow the example in the spreadsheet and complete teachers and students’ information plus class sets and book codes.
Step 4: we will fulfil the order
We will set up Classoos accounts for you and your students, and allocate the books. All you and your students will have to do is log in and access the books! You can find helpful resources on how to use the platform in our help hub.
