Why is this happening?
In most cases this error is a result of a conflict between the primary email address that Microsoft and Google use during the authentication process and the email address that Classoos has been provided by the school and use as the user’s unique identifier.
How to solve this?
- Check that the email address you have given us is actually correct (we often find letters transposed or out-of-date email addresses being used
- Check whether an alias has been set for this user
- Provide the user’s surname, primary email address and alias address (if exists) to our support team and explain the situation. A screenshot of the error message or the exact text that is shown could help speed up the process.
