Return because of incorrect purchase.
If you ordered the wrong book and would like to return it, please contact us through the help form here.
Please note you can only return a book within 2 days of purchase.
If your book has been accessed multiple times your return may be denied.
We will issue you a store credit, or process a full refund to your method of purchase.
Return of a textbook because of technical problems
If you have technical problems using your book, in the first instance please contact us as we should be able to resolve any problems, however if we are unable to, then we will offer a full refund, either as store credit or process a full refund to your method of purchase.
Technology changes over time. If you find that an ebook you bought in the past does not suit your needs today because of changes in technology outside our control, for example, the manufacturer’s firmware upgrade renders the ebook unusable on that particular device, you are not entitled to a refund.
We monitor returns and refund requests in order to prevent abuse. The ability to buy more ebooks from Classoos will be withdrawn if, we judge, we have reasonable grounds to believe the user is abusing the system.
When we process a refund for a book license, the book will be deleted from your online bookshelf.
Your book will be deleted and a refund will be made within 7 days of you telling us you have purchased the incorrect book, or reporting a fault that cannot be resolved.
In the instance of a book purchase error by a school, please contact your account manager, this returns policy is for private purchases only.
