Users get an error when trying to log in

  • Last updated on November 24, 2020

Why is this happening?

In most cases, this error is caused by a typo or a conflict between the primary email address that Microsoft and Google use during the authentication process and the email address that Classoos has been provided with by the school and uses as the user’s unique identifier.

How to solve this?

Check the user details in your Microsoft/Google admin console and provide the following information to our support:

  • User’s surname
  • User’s primary email address
  • User’s alias address (if exists)
  • Describe the issue
  • To speed things up, try to add a screenshot or the exact text in the error message
